Bar Front Panels at The Fenwick Hotel, Kilmarnock
Spanlite supplied bespoke bar front panels for the Fenwick Hotel in Kilmarnock. The design combined custom glass and integrated backlighting. As a result, the project enhanced the bar’s ambience and matched the interior design scheme.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project transformed the hotel’s main bar area with six illuminated glass panels. Spanlite supplied the Stratum Image Glass with a Labradorite design, and recoloured it to suit the interior scheme.
In addition, each panel was backlit to create a striking focal point for guests. Ultimately, the solution elevated the space while complementing the overall aesthetic.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Spanlite’s Stratum Image Glass was selected for its vibrant finish and design versatility. At its core is a high resolution Labradorite Lemurian digital image from our digital library. Each of the six panels was paired with a precision-engineered LED Light Sheet backlighting system, delivering consistent illumination at 4000K. Furthermore, the lighting came complete with drivers and was designed for seamless integration into the bar structure. Spanlite recoloured the panels to match the interior designer’s vision. Although the client’s contractors handled installation, Spanlite provided comprehensive technical support throughout.
